When several teachers at the same school want to use the same platform, buying separate individual accounts quickly gets messy — separate invoices, repeated payments, no central overview. The School plan solves exactly that: one subscription, managed by an administrator, covers every teacher invited.
How it works, from the school's side
Whoever holds the school account (a principal, an IT coordinator, or any designated teacher) buys the School plan and gets a dedicated dashboard from which to invite teachers by email. Each invitation becomes a full Pro account automatically — free for that teacher, paid centrally by the school.
What each invited teacher gets
- Full Pro plan — unlimited activities, all activity types, premium visual themes, AI generator
- Their own account, with their own activities — nothing overlaps between teachers
- If they already had an account, it automatically upgrades to Pro on accepting the invite — nothing they created is lost
What happens if a teacher leaves
From the school dashboard, the administrator can remove a teacher from the list at any time. That teacher's activities remain intact (nothing is deleted), but the account no longer benefits from the school-funded Pro plan.
Centralized management
The school dashboard shows at a glance how many teachers are active, how many seats remain in the subscription, and the next renewal date — no need to track each account separately.
For a school with several interested teachers, the School plan usually works out more cost-effective than separate individual Pro subscriptions — plus the advantage of managing everything from one place.
