Free vs. Paid Plans: Which One Fits Your Classroom

August 12, 2026 · 2 min read

Several plans can look like a lot to weigh, but the decision becomes simple once you know exactly what you need: how many activities you create, what activity types you use, and whether you're a single teacher or represent a whole school.

Free — for first contact with the platform

Up to a handful of activities, with the Quiz and Spin the Wheel types. Enough to test the platform with one or two classes, no financial commitment. The limit is felt quickly if you teach several classes or subjects, but it's ideal for the first few weeks of use.

Starter — unlimited activities, expanded basic types

Removes the activity limit and adds more types — Flashcards, Anagram, Matching, Memory, Category Sorting, Watch & Memorize, among others. Suited to teachers who've moved past the testing phase and use the platform constantly, but don't need all available types.

Pro — full access, plus advanced features

All activity types, including StoryBook, Quiz Show, Math Generator, and Labeled Diagram. Also adds the AI question generator, premium visual themes, advanced statistics (daily graph, CSV export), and PDF export for worksheets. Recommended for teachers using the platform as their main teaching tool, not just occasionally.

School — Pro for the whole team, one subscription

Identical to Pro in features, but paid centrally for multiple teachers, managed from an admin dashboard. Suited to schools or departments where several teachers want full access, without separate invoices and renewals for each.

How to decide quickly

  • Testing the platform for the first time? Free.
  • Using it constantly, but with simple activity types? Starter.
  • Want full access — AI, StoryBook, advanced stats? Pro.
  • Several teachers from the same school? School.

You can always switch plans as your needs change — it's not a permanent decision, just a starting point suited to how you're using the platform right now.
